probables. (36 were 4 engine bombers).  Shot down 17 times, wounded 14 times.  Along
with Col. Egon Mayer developed the head on technique against engine bombers.  Painted
#13 on every fighter he flew.  Considered it his lucky number.  Commander 11/JG 26.  
Selected by Adolf Galland to fly in the select group Kommand Nowotny flying the ME 226.  
Eder had 12 confirmed kills flying the ME 262 and probably another 12 unconfirmed.  4 X 6
B&W photo signed on front.  Comes with original envelope mailed from Germany, plus

8. Frenzel, Gunther - Feldw Flugzeugfhr 11./KG
4x6 color photo, signed typed letter, envelope. Signed typed military biography. Frenzel
also recieved training for the ME 163 rocket interceptor. While flying with 13 JU-52's in
formation all 13 JU-52's were shot down and Frenzel had 3 fingers on his right hand shot
off.

(Knights Cross with Oak Leafs, Swords & Diamonds)
103 Victories.  Entered service 1934.  Fought with Condor Legion in Spain, 1937 with JG 2
flying inferior 1-16 Ratas (Russian).  With JG-26 during Battle of Britain.  Took command
JG-26 Nov. 1, 1940.  Promoted to General of the fighter arm.  Commanded JG-44
composed of the finest German aces available, flying the ME-262 at wars end. 4x6 B&W
photo, picturing Herbert Ihlefeld (swords), Adolf Galland (diamonds), Walter Oesau
